1. Contour-following chemical application and high pressure wash.
Washing without brushes poses a special challenge for a car wash. Leisuwash DG equipped a multi-stage chemical and high-pressure system. Automatically detect various types of vehicles and working with 35cm flushing distance and 100bar flushing pressure. A multi-stage applicator is used to apply different chemicals and therefore loosens a high amount of dirt. Contour-following and lateral high pressure ensure that the vehicle surface is cleaned thoroughly after the dirt has been loosened. We don’t need to worry about any damage to the car paint, because during the cleaning process, except the cleaning fluid and high-pressure water, there is no brush contact with vehicle body.

2. Contour-following air dryer with side air dryer
Following the Leisuwash philosophy there is no great car wash without a great drying system. Leisuwash DG flow-optimized drying system provide contour-following air drying with accurately drying distance at 25cm. By optimizing the main body of the blower, the air flow loss is effectively reduced, with 16 kW of power, the premium dryer for DG ensures that cars are dry and customers are satisfied. Optional SILENT-drying system can reduce 35% noise and energy consumption, and suit to more application places.

2. What’s average time for each car washing ?
It’s depends on how many the wash steps, complete wash steps with under chassis wash, presoak, high pressure
wash, shampoo, wax, air dry will takes 6~8 mins, the time could be shorten if remove some of steps.
3. How about the air drying result ?
Uses design of air fluid mechanics principle to achieve long-distance high-pressure air cylinder, can reach 90%
drying result, the stability with safety are much more better than the profiling air drying in brush wash machine.
4. What’s the cost for washing one car ?
For example in our city Hangzhou, water with electricity cost for one car is about 2RMB, chemicals cost about
1RMB, total 3RMB equals USD0.5
Electricity consumption for one complete wash is about 1KWH.
Water consumption is about 50L per circle ( one car wash takes 2~3 circles )
Chemicals consumption 20~50ml each kind per car. ( adjustable )
5. What’s the difference between Leisuwash 360, SG, 360 mini, S90 ?
The most important updates for Leisuwash SG is the appearance of a horizontal washing arm. The distance from
the sprayer to the car body has become evenly minimal. Water is alternately supplied from a horizontal hose or
from a vertical one. This guarantees a much better washing the entire surface of the car.
Leisuwash SG and Leisuwash 360 are industry level units with 3 years warranty.
Leisuwash 360 mini and S90 are entry level units with 1 year warranty.

7. What’s power supply required for running Leisuwash ?
Leisuwash car wash machines require 3 phase industry power supply, in China the standard is 380V/50Hz, if
customer require different voltage or frequency, we have to customize motors from Siemens company, and
change accordingly fans, low-voltage electrical cables, control units, etc. But must be 3 phase, not 2 phase.
8. How to make installation and after sale service for Leisuwash?
* If there’s an exclusive distributor available in your region, you need to buy from distributor and distributor will
support your installation, training and after sale service.
* If a distributor can’t be found in your region, we can dispatch technician to support your installation and training,
but the traveling expense should be on customer’s account, this will include visa cost, air tickets cost, hotel with
restaurant cost, and customer need to pay for technician salary USD150/day. One machine installation takes
about 7 days. ( we provide one technician and customer provide two men to assist )
* Customer is possible to install the machine by themselves, we will have detailed installation and maintenance
manual send together with machine.
9. How to become a distributor ?
Leisuwash marketing strategy is establish distributors at each country. ( some big countries will established by
regions )
* We don’t have special condition for a conventional distributor without exclusive right.
* If you want to apply for exclusive dealership in your country or region, the first step you need to purchase a
demo machine to show customers there, and then we need to make an agreement with a yearly MOQ.
10. What need to be prepared before machine installation ?
* 3 phase industry power supply, 25Kw.
* Water supply, with a water tank. ( 2000 liters )
* Air compressor with air volume more than 0.67m³/min, could provide stable air pressure more than 0.8Mpa.
* Floor cement thickness need to be more than 20cm, if not enough then need to make six concrete columns for
mounting support frames, floor horizontal error less than 3cm.

11. What’s the warranty of Leisuwash ?
We offer 3 years extended warranty for complete machine, all spare parts included, within warranty period, if any
parts break down, we will compensate new parts at free charge, but warranty doesn’t cover courier expense.
Normally we will ask customers keep some spare parts in stock for machine maintenance, and the compensation
spare parts will be sent together with next sea shipment. If customer require to send by courier way, the courier
cost should on customer’s account.
Meanwhile, warranty is not valid in any of below situation:
* Human damage or operate the machine not follow instruction or under abnormal circumstance.
* Damage due to force majeure, such as wars, floods, earthquakes, lightning, abnormal voltage.

We will deliver containers to destination port by boat, the shipping terms can be EXW, FOB or CIF, the average
shipping cost for one machine around USD500~1000 depends on how far the destination port from us.

14. What is leading time of Leisuwash ?
If customer require same as China standard three phase industry voltage 380V/50Hz, we can provide fast
delivery within two weeks, if different with China standard, the delivery schedule will be 30 days.

Leisuwash Service and Maintenance
1. The service and maintenance of Leisuwash system should be done by specialist technician, Cut off power supply when machine under service. Factory setting management code is 8888, it has permissions to modify the parameters, view vehicle wash quantities and change the password. Default password is 0 for operating the wash system, it can be changed to others like 12345, then the operator need enter into management center firstly, type in password 12345 then can start the operation.
2. Keep the main control box and touch screen in drying circumstance, it’s not allowed to touch these devices with wet hands, keep chemical mixing box with water pump box at drying circumstance as well. Before turn on the power supply, make sure the main control box voltage display stability and consistency.
3. Service and maintain wash system regularly, regularly cleaning machine surface, remove dirt on sensors, remove water in drive control box. Cleaning water tank when it becoming dirty, especially inlet filter of water pipe. It’s strictly prohibited to start rinse when water tank lack of water, use chassis to exhaust air firstly, never exhaust air with “ L “ arm rinse.
4. Exhaust water in pipes and tank during car wash equipment idle time, and when temperature under zero degree, must close inlet valve of chemical mixing system before shutdown the machine, use one key drain function to exhaust liquid in machine pipes, and open the discharge valve, exhaust water to prevent freezing. Don’t start machine once freezing, otherwise will break the water pump and motor.
5. Add wash chemicals in-time, it will can not spray out the chemicals if air go inside the hose, prevent impurities fall into washing liquid bucket and water tank, otherwise may cause stuck inside the chemical mixing box.
6. Air compressor need to install oil-water separator, exhaust water in compressor every 15 days, the air supply for wash system can not contain a lot of water and oil, otherwise will cause lack of air during chemical spraying, It is strictly forbidden to directly use heavy alkaline water (PH value> 8) or high salty water.
7. Inspect water pump and pump motor belt every 30 days, tension belt if belt fluctuate too large, ensure parallelism during belt tensioning. Cleaning water pump filter regularly. Replace oil in water pump regularly( every 5000 cars ), or when the oil is dirty . Oil volume more than half but not full, Taiwan Wuli WH-10120 pump use No 30, 40 or 68 engine oil( 2.36L ), German Pinfl pump use 220 Shell gear oil ( 3.3 L )
8. Check synchronous belts every 30 days, immediately tighten it if happened deviation and loose phenomenon, otherwise machine will jump with grinding noise.
9. Check terminals inside Electrical cabinet every 30 days, especially terminals for water pump and air fan power line, and terminals in drive control box ( because it walking every day ), tighten it if any loose. This can ensure a stable performance of electricity system.
10. Inspect frame screws and rail fixing screws every 90 days, Check the walking wheels every half year.
